To be fair, our turkeys generally come in 20lbs (8kg) and up, and basically taste like the growth hormone tumor that they are. You cut off all the juicy bits and render them into a superior stock whereby an orgasmic gravy is created. That way, people don't even have to eat the turkey to enjoy it, they can just ladle it over the stuffing (obviously cooked outside of the bird, how else are you going to get some Maillard crispy goodness), the potatoes, and the wide variety of vegetable sides. Brined, but nevertheless dry and boring turkey is just there to provide yogic centering to a plate and a means of distributing the feeding process until unconsciousness is achieved.
