I feel the worst and best I have ever felt in my life. I have been detoxing from no fap/porn, caffeine, and alcohol. I am having crazy mood swings right now and I feel a deep almost comforting kind of pain deep in my chest. I just realized that I been numbing myself emotionally through food/porn since I was 13. I have spent the majority of my life in a haze and I am starting to feel real emotions again. The anger and spite is gone replaced with sadness, nostalgia, guilt, and a deep longing for a real connection. I have a mental illness so some of the memories good or bad may be false, but I am glad that I can feel again.
