I'm not sure if the plane you're flying has it though. ILS freq is found on map for runway or in flight computer, input it into your radio, there's usually a speaker button so you can hear morse code when you're set up for approach. Approach hold is done through the autopilot. Bearing is set with Autopilot as well. Basically, set autopilot to fly you at 3,000 feet in the general direction of the runway. At around 15-20 miles out, put your gear down and watch the primary display and you should see lines showing you where to aim for the ILS landing. Intercept it from underneath and right when the lines make a cross, hit approach hold. Use autothrottle to maintain speed (120 knots or so IIRC) and right before you make the landing chop the autothrottle, kill the autopilot, and flare. It's really easy once you've done it a time or two. If the AP can't maintain course then you probably intercepted too late or your speed is off. Done right, you can do landings in zero visibility.
