He ruined Monty Python for me because of his actual autism induced obsession with quoting it every day, along with Peter Griffin and Jar-Jar Binks and Starfox. Luckily the only thing I know about him now is that he makes gigantic effortposts on Facebook about Pepsi and Pepsi-max and soda can designs.

sgc2c was revolutionary television and the best seasons of that show hold up incredibly well. i particularly enjoy the late pre- adult swim seasons when they had to be sly to get past censors.

they had an episode where the first 5 minutes was a black screen that said "waiting," an episode where space ghost follows an ant for 10 full minutes, and an episode that repeated 3 times in a row. airing at 11pm on Cartoon Network, then best known for reruns of Tom and Jerry.

If you play tabletop RPGs some bright spark is going to quote Monty Python at least once per session, unless your GM is smart enough to punish the quoter on the spot each time.

I like the reunion tours where the cast was so loving old and senile they could barely get through skits even with cue cards lol

If you add up all the truly funny parts of Monty python you have about five minutes of material

If I took every episode of Monty Python made and grabbed all the funny stuff from it. We'd have about 30 minutes of footage you could watch every 4 years or so and say "Yeah that was kinda funny."
