The Lemster always like video games, I was playing a game of Asteroids in a club before a Motörhead show in 1983 and the sound of creaking leather distracted me - looked up and there was Lemmy, half his teeth rotting away and the other half were fake. I couldn't understand a single word he said, but we played a game of doubles and I lost immediately 'cause..... ITS loving LEMMY. Phil Taylor came and got him when the show was about to start. R.I.P, you crazed speedfreak maniac.

I went to a motorhead gig and it was so loud the only way you could tell apart songs was by the feeling the bass work vibrations. I feel sorry for those suckers who wanted to listen to that poo poo. Motorhead newbies.

Reached a pretty decent age all things considered. How the gently caress are Iggy Pop and Keith Richards not dead yet. He was pretty cool as a rock icon but Motorhead are one hell of a tedious band. Even by the standard of heavy metal the lack of variation between their albums and songs is pretty bad.

Yeah, Lemmy figured out what he wanted to sound like in the early 90s and stuck to it. I was driving home from a quick work shift and the radio DJ said that apparently he was diagnosed with Brain Cancer and was given at most 2-3 months to live. Dude drank like a fish and smoked like a chimney and gets Brain Cancer of all loving things to get. God loving dammit.
