Per the IMDB Trivia track, which comes from the Grand Tour script writer, James actually had his buggy brought back to Britain and had it fully rebuilt. It is possibly the best special they've ever done with the pure suspense throughout both parts, intermingled with bits making me scream laughter at the TV screen. loving hell.

Got back from Colorado yesterday morning on a red eye and a miserable drive back from Philadelphia. Posted on Christmas Eve, woke up with a sinus infection on Christmas morning and the GF and I were basically sick the rest of the trip. Thankfully still have three days to clear the remnants out before I have to go back to work. That said still completed the following: -RMNP (Thanks for the Tuesday rec The Rat, ended up being really nice out) -Red Rocks (Twice, went again Thursday afternoon while killing time waiting for flight) -Garden of the Gods -Mt Lookout -Behind the Scenes at the Denver Performing Arts Center -Explored enough that I basically have the lay of the land between Colorado Springs and Boulder Ate at the following fine establishments: -Tamayo -Denver Biscuit Company (S Broadway) -Red Square -Sassafras (Highlands) -Doug's Day Diner (Boulder) -Snooze (Union Square) -Watercourse (Vegetarian, still delicious) -Spicy Basil (Thai delivery first night) -El Taco De Mexico (7th and Santa Fe) -(e) Vine Street Brewery - BLT and a very good Red that I can't remmber the name of right now. FYIPA was pretty good as well. And I still lost 7 pounds while I was out there. Enjoyed every single place that I went to and I ate a helluva lot. Denver Biscuit Company was probably my favorite. Biscuits and gravy and a Hot Toddy when I needed it most. A challenging, but fun overall trip. SquirrelyPSU fucked around with this message at 12:03 on Dec 31, 2016 |

EVA BRAUN BLOWJOBS posted:It eats your bones and and turns them a nice fluorescent green Chlorine Trifluoride is what real gangsters use From the FOOF thread (which you really should read, located here http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3602006) quote:In a comment to my post on putting out fires last week, one commenter mentioned the utility of the good old sand bucket, and wondered if there was anything that would go on to set the sand on fire. Thanks to a note from reader Robert L., I can report that there is indeed such a reagent: chlorine trifluoride . quote:”It is, of course, extremely toxic, but that's the least of the problem. It is hypergolic with every known fuel, and so rapidly hypergolic that no ignition delay has ever been measured. It is also hypergolic with such things as cloth, wood, and test engineers, not to mention asbestos, sand, and water-with which it reacts explosively. It can be kept in some of the ordinary structural metals-steel, copper, aluminium, etc.-because of the formation of a thin film of insoluble metal fluoride which protects the bulk of the metal, just as the invisible coat of oxide on aluminium keeps it from burning up in the atmosphere. If, however, this coat is melted or scrubbed off, and has no chance to reform, the operator is confronted with the problem of coping with a metal-fluorine fire. For dealing with this situation, I have always recommended a good pair of running shoes.” Seriously you need to read that thread - it and Let's Talk About Idiots are two of the best threads these forums have ever seen.
