This game is a lot like the 2009 NCG where Colt McCoy hurts his shoulder. The quarterback for TCU is actually doing a fairly good job, all things considered, but his receivers refuse to make plays.

I think I figured it out. In NFL and college, a blocked punt can be recovered by either team before it crosses the line of scrimmage.
