Marshmallows are good, but vegan ones are a bit expensive. Also they're nothing but sugar, so I don't let myself get them very often. They're best when toasted, so I generally save them as a camping treat.

Yeah, they generally use tapioca instead of gelatin. My friends who've had both vegan and normal say they have the same texture. Well, the good brand does, there are lovely ones too.
