I worked with a woman who had her students take this. She also told us in a staff meeting that she shouldn't have to do anything collaborative because, as an introvert, she is exceptionally drained by working with others. She failed her licensure exams (she left a stack of printed emails behind) and threw a fit instead of accepting reassignment, told her students the whole school was racist, and had to be escorted out by police.
