Our district had to let a coach go for making some sort of threatening a kid with something like "you'd better play hard tonight or I'll rip your balls off". Freshmen year of football the upper classmen all had a weekly "soap scrimmage" in which they would play touch football in the shower. They never hazed the younger kids to do it though so I think they just sort of liked it.
