Have you see the documentary 'Hot Girls Wanted' (on Netflix)? If so how true would you say it is in terms of young girls coming to CA, thinking they will make it big in porn or become the next Kim Kardashian or whatever. Then they film one or two "amateur" scenes and the industry is done with them since the audience always wants new girls/fresh faces (which there are no shortage of apparently). And the girls are forced to go home having made pretty much no money and no fame, always having a porno of them out there. Hey OP, good thread so far. What was it like when the various HIV scares happened? Was there genuine fear for performers health and fear that this would shut down porn production in CA permanently?
