Hmm, what have we here?
I'm exploring new ways to cook chicken because it always comes out bland or chewy.

How you make this chicken, and is it good?

italian stir fry

non stick pan

chicken tenderloins
mushrooms
sweet red peppers
sliced paper thin garlic (use a truffle slicer)
fresh moz cheese
pasta sauce, your choice
dried red peppers, sliced
salt
italian seasoning
pasta if you want

top with balsamic glaze, just buy blaze and use from the bottle, no need to make it

optional topping: chili threads, fresh ground pepper, sun dried tomato bits

red wine, anything, just don't get cheap supermarket crap

don't use breast. these are leg quarters. marinate them in goodness. brown them in a cast iron. bake at like 350F or so 'til your lil themometer reads 155. turn off the heat, crack open the oven (just a crack! not all the way), let everyuthing ventilate for about 20 minutes. serve.

i don't like your posting op. i feel like you're trying to be inscrutable as a defense mechanism. i would feel a lot better about these threads if you shared a bit about yourself (likes, dislikes, vitals, dating interests)

when I've eaten most of the tortilla chips and there are just the little broken ones at the bottom of the bag I like to dump them in a bowl and put a bunch of spicy hummus in there and mix it up and eat it with a spoon. sometimes I add cheese

Floor chix is great cause you have main and side cooked at once and the leftovers are used for tomorrows lunch. I like my floor chix with thighs and cauliflower and feta. Make sure you clean a little bit of the floor first before serving, don't eat in that goon basement (crawlspace?) cave with tarps covering dirt floor. Not a good dish for that space.
