Weird stuff happens involving sticks and CBJ@BOS games. I remember a PP game-winner in like 2010 because the refs called a high stick against the Bruins when it was Chris Clark's stick that whacked Stralman or somebody.

Hartnell shot Seidenberg's unattended stick into the goalie's face which led to Saad's goal cool sure whatever. Pretty bog standard Bruins At Home action here.

Don't think of it as a challenge. Think of it as an extended timeout which hopefully messes with the opponents' momentum a bit. Also, what the gently caress is with pulling the goalie with three minutes left?
