That might be worth it to keep Defcon high as we may go into Sleeper phase. Pegasus is in urgent need of repair though, but maybe I can XO somebody for that next turn.

Also have a bad feeling about XO'ing Helo in general. Part of it is just general paranoia about XO'ing forward, and part of it is because as soon as he got on board, he parked himself on the Admiral's Quarters instead of somewhere useful, like Command or Communications.
