It's one of the more awful TRE cards because it can set up very nasty death spirals if it adds another copy of itself in, where the Destiny Deck could wind up 100% TRE. This is less likely to happen with the current set of Treachery we're using, but still.

BTW, since everyone has Treachery, now is a good time to talk about it. Here's the list of TRE from the OP:quote:Treachery (Brown) With very few exceptions, Treachery is ALWAYS negative in a check. Nobody in this game currently draws Treachery, but every time the Destiny Deck is rebuilt 2 Treachery are included in it, along with 2 of each other skill type. Revealed Cylons can also draw Treachery, so it starts showing up more often later in the game. All Treachery cards also do something bad when they show up in Skill Checks, so you typically want to get rid of them in other ways. Unfortunately, you can't discard the 0-value ones without drawing a Mutiny Card! So there's a balance to be struck around figuring out when it's safe to throw them into a check based on board state, versus sitting on them if it's not a good time to play them in.
