Since the camera work is wonky, here's what happened: the ball hit off the shin of the 1st basemen so hard and magically rolled right to the shortstop at 2nd base and allowed them to complete the double play.

You could make the case he's the 26th man not counting potential injuries to pitchers. He's the best candidate from the AAA non-catcher roster since nobody know what's wrong with Arismendy Alcantara.

He was finally fully recovered from that knee thing and having that benign tumor removed from his hand. Second, which I think was the bigger issue, it was the first time his twin daughters had not spent any significant time in the hospital since they were born.
