I was ok with him eating the hog (actually 4H kids are sometimes taught to give their animals names that remind the kids that the animals will probably be food) but this is so wonderful.

I was definitely thinking of firing up a stream for the Jays game, at least I might recognize one of the players in that.

Trout has been repping Zepp for a bit now, it seems like a really cool system.

That he should grow greens instead of crushing on MCs

Grimey Drawer
I had this cool idea to make something almost exactly like Zepp, a bunch of accelerometers in a small package you could attach to your bat. When I went to look up if anything like that existed I saw Mike Trout sponsored one so I gave up. You win again Trout.

Royals give Salvador Perez a big pile of money.

This is probably an overpayment but considering he's been the most criminally underpaid player in baseball the last couple of years and the fact he's Salvy this deal has my full support.

Between Barry Goldwater and Joe Arpaio I assume that Maricopa County had a lot of stuff to hate-visit. Red Mountain Park looks like it might actually be okay.

It's probably very contingent on the game. I got to see Cano play in ST in 2005 and it was the best.

I would definitely be happy to go to Yankee games this year, too, given how many of the NRIs are legit prospects.

Oh I bet it's rad as gently caress to go watch Grapefruit League games. It's the part where you get all hyped for watching a game on TV, and it's a cavalcade of pitching changes and position swaps.

Spring Training baseball is amazing because it's the herald of baseball, not because it's fun to watch spring training games.

Torii Hunter is at the Twins camp as a special adviser and apparently is calling certain pitches from some of the pitchers during live BP with ridiculous accuracy because he sees them doing incredibly minor stuff that's tipping the pitches. No wonder he managed to hit so well so late into his career, he's a wizard.

I also wonder if this had something to do with why we destroyed Sale last year.
