i had a card that was opened and stayed at about a $1500 limit for like 15 years. only when i had come into some hard times and couldn't pay the bill in full did it start going up every month. it's at $8500 limit now.

i wonder if you could replace the turntable guts with modern stuff as well but keep the original fixture the same, that'd be pretty pimp

aha, so you have a computer to do all the work for you instead of learning a manual skill that'll let you someday be a grizzled old grandpa who knows how to make it perfect with just an old oil drum and some firewood. gotcha

people, even both of your parents, can die of things not cancer related

i went to a meeting this morning and the theme seemed to be parental death

not gonna lie, a lot of it was cancer, so big ups to you, but heart disease and just getting real old like 80 or 90 you can have organ failures and a lot of other things that can kill you quicker than pancreatic cancer

i don't want to seem argumentative in case you're actually stephen king or something but there are million ways to die and a lot of them happen sooner than we think

not trying to be glib but you can eat it crossing the street w/o looking both ways
