i use equal-ish parts cumin and paprika, and then like half as much each of allspice and turmeric, and a bit of garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. just like handful/half-handfuls/quarter-handfuls, whatever seems right. idk. mix them up with some olive oil and marinate the chicken for a while, then cook it up.

rice is just regular ol' rice cooked with cumin and turmeric (like, cook the spices in butter for a minute or so, then cook the dry rice in that for a couple minutes), and chicken broth instead of water. sumac onions are sliced onions tossed with olive oil, sumac, salt, and pepper and lightly saut�ed. yogurt sauce is equal parts yogurt and mayo, then a few splashes of vinegar and lemon juice, and then salt and pepper and sugar whisked together.

it's all v. easy and quick

is there a better way to phrase this "revenue saved" "money not lost" "your business is not hosed capital"

revenue saved is a good term, def bring anything you can attach a dollar sign to up in your review

alternatively "cost avoidance" or something equivalent
