Yeah, I signed a charity notebook/petition before noticing the section for donation amount too. I was in Hue, Vietnam and while I was signing the notebook he starts talking about making a donation to the Red Cross and getting tooth picks in return. I was confused by the tooth pick angle and just gave him back his notebook.
