FIRST TIME posted:My guess is that if you're illegally concealed carrying, you're probably more likely to say "gently caress this" and bug out rather than risk arrest by helping other people in this kind of situation. The trick is to not put the gun back into your pocket after you use it to kill someone in self defense. That way, it's not concealed when the police arrive. They can't arrest you for having had a concealed weapon any more than they could arrest you for all the weed you already smoked.
