I know putting Toews and Kane together is not ideal, but it's been the only thing that's made the top two lines look remotely threatening tonight and against the Flyers. I think Hossa at this stage of his career benefits from facing easier competition on the second line, and defenses still have to account for Russian Kane. Add in the WTF line and a Desjardins-Kruger-Shaw reunion and you have balance for the playoffs.

Sportsnet trashing Yakupov. I realize he has issues but they just showed the play from the 1st where he single handedly poke checks a guy skates around a Vancouver defenseman and then passes it off the mark. But yes, it's his fault he isn't "seeing" his teammates who were on a line Change.
