I like how every single Ink Spots song is exactly the same tune. like it's literally the same music but with different words, and after the second verse they always have that one guy that just reads out the lyrics to the first verse before the final chorus.

I used to make the female characters but I don't like the voice actors sounds when they get hurt in the game Fallout New Vegas One time I downloaded a mod for mount and blade where the guy tried to do everything exactly like it really was in England in 13XX. This meant no bright colors so all the troops were in the gayest imaginable pastels and no loud battle screams, to get the real sounds of battle he had two friends beat him up on the lawn and recorded his own suffering which was the meek wheezing and wimpers of a dork, which were then replayed through my speakers over lapping 100x at once, the end result being someone's most genuine effort turning into a pastel gay orgy of unimaginably embarrassing gone wrongness.

Game also had lots of different endings depending on how you played and what you did. I always compare that games relative immersiveness/reactive environment to modern games like FO4 and the modern ones always lose out, and that game ran on a 7 Mhz CPU with 512 kb of RAM and came on one floppy disk. It's really all kinda sad. Put that 3,3 Ghz CPU of mine to work a bit and let it crunch a few numbers in the background so that interesting things may happen. It's also what makes NV so great, that you actually interact with the world and that the world reacts to you. FO4/Skyrim etc. can be fun but nothing you do ever seems to matter in any way and it all feels incredibly static. Also Bethesda is absolutely devoid of innovation. Even their first DLC for Fallout 4 is basically just the copy of a mod (with nicer art assets) some goon from the forums here made for the earlier ones, as are the entire Power Armor mechanics. I put up with Darklands a few years back and loved it I like old school games almost exclusively just loving hate Infinity Engine games which has tainted my willingness to play older rpg's for years
