How much of a discount can I get by waiting a few days and getting the english version on steam through a third party? I'm in no super rush since I've been playing for the last 3 weeks, but I am definitely interested on playing on PC/in English at some point, and would ideally prefer not to wait for a sale.

If you wait long enough it will be $5 on steam in like 2-3 years. Maybe $15 after one year in one of their sales? I bought Dark Souls for five loving dollars on Steam because wtf five dollars?! Then I never played it. Well-played, Steam.

Just fyi if you kill the fat boss in High Wall of Lothric, the katana NPC's summon sign disappears.

So I guess the Xbone process is: Play JP version all day long, at 6pm PST or so delete the game and re-acquire from the US store? Or can you have both copies at the same time, anyone know?

@Longhair Just got Blue Sentinel summon @ L71, Lothric Castle, on a character that is completely darkity dark - about 20 min after I started the game up.

Also I thought the slowdowns in LC were from the pre-1.02 fix to offline mode bugs but now I see it actually is just LC itself.

I don't know if you need to delete the Japanese version or not. US servers went up this morning.

Looks like if you wait until the EN version DL's all the way, you won't have the option to play the JP version any more - so I guess launch it and leave it going if you're going to try and play JP up until EN unlocks.
