Your co-worker was super loving selfish to die at work. Now every year for like 5 years you're gonna have some stupid team building/fund raiser for her and its going to be an inconvenience to everyone involved. Do yourself a favor and report to HR that you are having a really hard time "processing" the whole thing and take a couple of days paid leave off for bereavement.
