EDIT: ^^^ Yeah, feast or famine really does describe the early going.

I really like the game, but I do agree that the RNG could be a little less harsh when you are starting out. Like, have the first chest be a guaranteed gun or something. There are too many items that are side grades at best.

I never played Nuclear Throne. Is that worth getting into? How is it different from this game?
