This game is amazing, the first boss wrecked my poo poo a few times until I figured out his follow ups, then oh god he changed  I lucked out, too, my computer is on the old side (i5 2500 and a GTX660) but I still get a solid 45-50 FPS with SSAO and lighting turned way down, everything else at high. No crashes at bonfires, no stuttering.

Anything it doesn't kill in one hit will typically get squashed into the ground fairly effectively unless it's a big mob.

I was just tinkering around with some settings and having shadows on medium reduced my FPS by 10 compared to what it was like having it on high

I was exploring the poison swamp in Farron Keep and it's made me feel sad, not because of how bullshit some of the enemies are, but because you find a set of antiquated robes and a tome that lets you learn Oolacile sorceries next to a corpse, as well as a pile of dead mushrooms from DS1  On the other hand, I got a Greatsword

Just beat Abyss Watchers, holy poo poo it was like a flashback to the DS1 DLC and the Artorias bossfight, and I could even get his sword
