Do all dogsicle and The Colonel's pomf.cat webms 404 for everyone else or is something hosed up on my end? I know dogsicle's worked on my tablet once, but now they don't work anywhere.

Huh, they're working on my tablet now. Maybe because the desktop is using https or something. Edit: oh, it's because they're MP4s and chromium doesn't do MP4s. If I right click and copy video address in chromium it has .webm at the end, which threw me off a bit since I was too lazy to actually sign in in Firefox until now. It's slow at first and extremely dialogue-heavy throughout (which is why three of those gifs come from like the last 10 minutes). If you're not interested in the philosophy/setting it really won't do anything for you.

I don't know, to me it sort of falls into the same trap of GitS2: Innocence of waxing philosophical with a lot of eye candy, though I guess at least in this case it's a bit more cohesive. Which makes even less sense because I really liked Innocence. Maybe I was soured by the very predictable reveal/twist or the really dumb inbred village with no consciousness element. I'll have to watch it again sometime and see how I feel about it
