I think there's a difference between body dysmorphia and wanting to dress up in skirts / make up / do 'girly' stuff and not 'manly' stuff or vice versa.

Gender presentation is totally arbitrary, and you can look at differences in various different human societies down the ages for that. What is considered masculine changes just as what is considered fashionable changes.
