He only looks about 80 now instead of 90. This is pretty good. Also, Vasterien should do a quick tutorial for spackers so we can get in on this. I can easily click spray can and turn a face into a pastry, but I would honestly like to have a good go at this.

I don't know how well mine worked, but I basically went in and found the harshest individual wrinkle channel, which in my case was blue. I then copied it and made it the new mask channel on a transparent overlay layer. This allowed me to translucent-soft-brush paint a pre-feathered selection of only the darkest parts to smooth them out. I didn't end up using any clone stamping. Then I went back in with the blur tool to further touch up. If you've never messed with channels as a way to grab and modify layer masks you are missing out. Edit: Another quick tip is to clone a layer, Gaussian blur it, and set it to a lower opacity.
