I've taken or am taking all my BPOs to at least 6 (including the Astrahus I bought today) before I copy / make anything. ME research is nearly useless on medium citidels, even with multiple runs.

He doesn't have enough money to back ALL the orders, but as long as he keeps enough money to back a few days of the orders and keeps reselling he's fine.
