He used to be kinda shoddy defensively, and he had this hilariously long and loopy swing that gave him lots of homerun power but made him a SO machine. His plate discipline still needs some work, but he's reigned his swing in quite a bit and he's a defensive gem now, not to mention he can basically play any position on the diamond.

He gave Jake a strike on a high inside corner pitch, then called the exact same pitch on the next batter ball one. He's also squeezing like mad on low stuff so Jake is elevating, which is going to get him rocked the second he puts a pitch a little too over the plate.
