That movie Introduced me to Bill Murray. I haven't seen it in like fifteen years but I'm pretty loving sure it remains his finest role.

Old rear end 2016 Bill Murray wouldn't sub in during clutch time for a church league, much less a game of galactic consequence. .

e: it would be so funny (and likely) if Lebron never won another ring. Maybe if K Love didn't suddenly start playing garbage ball and the Warriors didn't become the best team ever over the course of two seasons they might be okay.

The title track is pretty slammin' and I like the idea of the movie but it's not a very good movie, and the 90's were a weird time where everybody wore oversized shirts with Tweety and Taz wearing basketball clothes. I'm convinced they only made that movie because of the popularity of Looney Tunes merchandise where the Looney Characters are playing sports.

I owned a shirt that had Bugs and Taz (I think) and they were dressed up like Kris Kross. The front of the shirt had them from the front and the back showed their backs.

I'm no Jeff Foxworthy but I think you might be a redneck

I saw it in theatres, owned it on VHS, owned the Soundtrack (sick), AND owned the video game for PS1!

I consider myself triple OG, since I haven't seen anyone else bring up the video game. It was hilariously broken, because michael jordan could do that "cartoon arm-stretch" thing and dunk from like mid court.

A friend of mine at the time used to argue that "I Believe I Can Fly" or whatever was on the sound track when Jordan had to train or something. But everyone else said he didn't have to train. Never did get a confirmation on that.

I can't remember if he had to train or not, but "I believe I can fly" was definitely in the movie. We got to sing it during a play in elementary school!

My uncle does HVAC and helped install the A/C units in Larry Bird's vacation house. He said it needed 6 residential sized A/C units, it was so massive. :stare:
Also he got to meet him and got his autograph :smug:

space jam is a charming mixture of cartoons and real people. bugs bunny is one of the cartoons. michael jordan is one of the real actors. together they must cooperate to defeat alien team of monster cartoons. directed by Martin Scorsese. rated R for violence, language and adult situations.

I tried to check IMDB and no luck but I did find this:

quote:

Trivia
In May 2014, Lebron was quoted as saying, "I've always loved Space Jam. It was one of my favorite movies growing up. If I have the opportunity, it will be great." Further rumors are that James or Kevin Durant may also star as new Monstars.

In February 2014, Warner Bros. announced a sequel, set to star professional basketball player LeBron James. Charlie Ebersol will produce through his production company, The Company, with a script by his brother, Willie Ebersol. Jon Berg will executive produce. Representatives of James denied the claim that he would be involved, but rumor has it that it may still be in development.
