I have a ceiling fan in my room that I turn on when I go to bed to basically turn my room into a whirling maelstrom. It's pretty nice.

I used to have the best dreams with a little breeze. Like sleeping in the country at my grandparents or catching a snooze in the spring on a screened porch. Never could get into a fan though, too constant. Rather let my nuts swamp the gently caress out.

I've gotten used to the white noise of a fan at night, and now I prefer it but I angle it so it blows on my body, not my face. so no to answer the question
