I don't think Jenner got the downstairs surgery. The feminization surgeries she got weren't that different mechanically from the sorts of plastic surgery lots of rich ladies that age have done. With money she'd be able to have any excessive face or body hair lasered off too. She probably has better tits that most women her age, since hers are brand new and untouched by the ravages of gravity.

All things considered it is probably easier for a penis-haver to pass as a postmenopausal woman than as a young woman. Nobody really expects a woman that age to have a great waist to hip ratio.
