Laughed out of Academia for his insane theories, Daniel Jackson translated the symbols on ancient covers stones from Egypt to unlock the Stargate to another world. Col Jack O'Neill led a team through the wormhole to Abydos and encountered the malevolent Ra, self-proclaimed God. After a long battle Ra was thought murdered after a Nuclear Bomb detonated aboard his ship.

The people of Abydos freed from slavery, the Stargate was once again sealed away.

Anicent history for some, but now Stargate Command has been reactivated in the wake of a Gou'ald attack. With the future of the Earth hanging in the balance, SG1 has been tasked with bringing down the Gou'ald System Lords and their allies.
Will Stargate Command-Scum be able to beat the odds and win?
Or can the Gou'ald System Lords-Town put aside their eons of bickering and become truly unstoppable?

And then there are the rumours of Ra's return..

General Rules:

Standard Mafia Rules are in effect for this game. Don't be a dick.
Twilight posting after the hammer is acceptable, but the thread will be closed when the flip is posted.
No replacements will be allowed beyond Day 1 - please don't sign up if you aren't going to put actual effort into this game.
Days will be 48 hours and Nights 24 hours. Nights will be closed but I'll reopen the thread promptly.
Votes will be by majority, and no-lynches are possible.
Anti-Lurking Rule:
- If you don't make at least 10 posts in a game day, you will be HATED the next game day and require one less vote to lynch.
- If you are already HATED and do not make at least 10 posts the following game day, you will be MODKILLED.
- The above rules will be disregarded if hammer happens more than 2 hours before deadline, and will probably only be in effect for the first 2-3 game days.
