That's a charge. Carroll is over his feet, I think he's pretty easily got position.

Joseph is so good why did he leave the Spurs, take Tony Parker instead you can have him now and keep Joseph until the season is over.

Pleads posted:Blocking foul = feet move No, it's more complicated. If your feet are planted it should be charge, unless you're in the restricted area and the play originates outside of the lower defensive box. You can have your feet be moving and it still be a charge as long as you were on balance and in position before the contact with a dribbler, or before the upward motion on a shooter.

That's definitely a foul. Hitting the ball doesn't absolve you of all the contact afterward.

zapplez posted:Are there any Cavs or impartial fans that can say the Raptors aren't getting hosed raw by the refs anymore? 40+ minutes without a free throw call. Some of the most biased reffing in the history of recorded stats in the playoffs. I don't think it's good, but I don't think it's super bad either.

That was a pretty good job by Lowry to keep his legs behind him to draw that foul.

Raptors fans still complaining after the obvious foul by Lowry to start a fast break and then that hold by Biyombo are reasonable, passionate fans.
