in medieval times everybody got their nutrients from beer, i don;t know what kinds of beer are actually healthy but I'd guess something like Founder's Breakfast Stout or Left Hand Brewing's Milk Stout would be pretty good for you because they are hearty and tasty

beer's loaded with B vitamins and also keep in mind that back then they drank homebrew 'small beer' which was like 0.5% alcohol but had near the same caloric content. you could guzzle tons of that liquid bread np
