i was trying to look at some items on amazon dot com

the home page works fine but whenever i try to click on a individual item page it says

The https://www.amazon.com page isn’t working

https://www.amazon.com redirected you too many times.
Try:
Reloading the page
Clearing your cookies
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS


i cleared my cookies and it still does it

this happens on chrome but it works on IE


did i download a virus

If you're using Chrome, hit F12 to open the Inspector interface. Then click the Network tab, and check the "Preserve log" checkbox. Click on the redirecting link again. You should see the domains you're being bounched between in the network log, and what kind of redirect (e.g. 301, 404->301->404, etc.)

Yeah they screw that up sometimes. Usually because it's someone onlined an AWS instance without registering it properly. I've only ever seen it happen for very long on SellerCentral accounts though. Maybe try incognito mode to try to force a new session from another region or at worst, VPN. Definitely not happening here.
