That reminds that there is The Town of Light, a game that came out a few months back which recreated an actual asylum in Italy and deals with some of the stuff Blackstone does. Unfortunately I don't think its nearly as good as Blackstone now that I've seen Blackstone, its not bad persay, but the writing isn't as good and its gameplay feels rather tacked on and really obtuse at times.
