I think Trump is president and has built the wall. Bernie moved to Mexico on principle, and Hillary is helping women out. After Trump was elected, abortion was banned so Hillary is throwing full-term babies over the wall to Bernie who feeds the Mexican people with the flesh of gringo babies.

Well OP, here's my (semi-professional) analysis of the comic: The gorilla in the zoo and the worried kid is obviously a reference to the recent news about a zoo gorilla being executed because it dragged a child around. How this specific story is connected to the presidential race is not clear and my best guess is the person making the comic used it purely because it was topical. As for the message of the comic, it isn't entirely clear. Bernie is portrayed as the gorilla, perhaps suggesting that he is dangerous and that his presidential run will soon end much like the life of the gorilla. Hilary on the other hand is kicking the child into the cage while feigning ignorance, suggesting perhaps that she is trying to harm Bernies campaign by framing him. Who the child represents in this context is not entirely clear, which isn't surprising considering how poorly though out the comic seems to be. In conclusion it really doesn't make much sense. Hilarys position as president is guaranteed and she has no reason to frame the competition. The comic seems to be pro Hilary yet she is portrayed as a schemer and a dirty player, perhaps the comic's creator views these things as positives and is trying to project them onto Hilary?

I read it as Hillary is willing to do anything, including putting a child in danger if it means securing the nomination. By kicking the kid down there the Bernie gorilla is going to be shot, and who gives a poo poo if the kid gets killed.
