I have a ton of oaks on my property and I'd have to say they are my favorite trees. They are full of wild life like squirrels and owls. What kinds of trees are around you and what are your favorites?

Beeware the Oak blight op. Its comin fo yo trees. Fav tree: Any type of conifer. Cause they look beautiful all year round. Much like all of you lovely posters.

The woods out back used to be a sugar stand and there are still 5 or so really old huge sugar maples, they're dying naturally now but man they are big.

Some invasive bug or something is killing all the (I think) white oaks around here and there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it. Super depressing to all of these really old, huge trees dying by the hundreds over the course of a summer. But I love evergreen trees more cause they're not so common here and smell good and are pretty.
