it's annoying and gimmicky as hell when these brewers put coffee and chocolate into these stouts the style uses those words to refer to the color and so many companies are just like COFFEE PORTER NEEDS MORE COFFEE ADD HAZELNUT AND VANILLA TOO oatmeal is also poo poo garbage and adds nothing of value to brewing beer

I'm a friend to all fermented hopped products, but the Germanic recipe is my go-to refresher: 1) American lagers (PBR, all else is far, far shittier) 2) Becks (favorite of SS troops and to socialist beggars alike) 3) Sapporo, even Kirin (I believe they've improved the recipe yet somehow didn't include captured housepets) Masturbasturd fucked around with this message at 07:28 on Jun 8, 2016 |

Quick question here, OP. Why don't you just cram a handful of hops in your mouth and just chew?

I used to think that people who said things like "Budweiser just tastes like water" were being dickheads. But now that I drink mostly IPAs and other more flavorful beers, when I have a Coors it really just does taste like sweet water. I can still appreciate it though, it goes great with a meal as a refreshing drink better than an IPA does.

Alcohol percentage needs to be 8% or higher. gently caress yeah! Old Rasputin is my favorite. I currently have a standing bet that I can't drink 3 Guinnesses in 5 minutes. I'm going to do it next Friday. This challenge was issued because I called Guinness "thin."

I enjoy a wide variety of beer styles, from IPAs to wheat beer to stout. There are so many delicious beers of all types, but many people like to limit themselves to mostly one style rather than expand their palate, because they're children.
