lol I was listening to a thing about this on CBC and the RCMP had a kid admit that he thought he'd killed one of the First Nations kids that was thrown in the river and the RCMP decided he wasn't credible and ruled it Not Murder/ Manslaughter The lesson here is if you feel like killing someone, come to Canada and murder a First Nation's person. The loving cops will help you without being asked.
