Notoriously Flexible League I'll go with final cuts by September 1 with contracts the next day. That will allow me to lock rosters and allow one free agent period prior to kickoffs. Yeah - it's a waiver request right now - we'll just work with that until sunday, then free-for-all, then I'll do another waiver request phase Sep 1-3 to allow for people to finalize contracts and put in true free agent requests.
