Ask yourself what you're depressed and anxious about, and I think the answers will come to you with surprising speed.

I really feel for you, since I've struggled with the hell of major depression since I was a kid, and I know how crippling it can be. Sometimes it feels like we'll collapse under the weight of it all, and don't know how to crawl out from under.

I've had some success treating my depression by talking with a therapist and taking prescription medication. Meditation has been a useful tool for reducing my anxiety level, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Have you considered looking into any of those options?
