I don't see how people are allowed to run ads on mobile when probably 90% of people are on some sort of limited data plan. You don't know how much data the ads use and you don't know when they're gonna pop up, so you could technically be paying overage bytes on content that isn't clearly defined or you didn't specifically say you want to watch.
