Not technically a food, but a good way to kill, (or at least blunt), a hangover is to drink a full 500ml bottle of Pocari Sweat, (Gatorade will do in an emergency), or Orange Juice mixed with Carrot juice.

A good pho restaurant is open at 7am. At least the ones here in Portland are. Seriously, the beef broth and the noodles are exactly what's needed to replenish lost electrolytes & water lost from hours of drinking.

Nice egg and sausage breakfast sandwich for me. My girlfriend eats like a little bird, but the most I ever saw her eat was the morning after she was up all night drunk puking all over our nice hotel room. The next morning we went out to breakfast at a Jewish diner and she ordered the biggest, greasiest, potato pancake I've ever seen. I took one bite of it and was all set with that. She ate the whole loving thing. Never seen anything like it.
