Did they ask the driver why he did it. To find out his feelings, or if it was a mistake? They say anything is terrorism now, even if you accidentally go out of Froyo (frozen yogurt) without paying because you are distracted, and they say "You can't come back" & call cops if you do. Even 3 weeks later after the manager isn't there who kicked you.
