Oh, Stelas, why don't you teleport Numbers to Delhi instead of moving him to Tehran? It's faster to get them to Atlanta via research station that way.

Yeah. I blame the PbP format, it's easier to notice with the character card in front of you. I wanted to get the update out before going to bed.

Anyway, I'll use the Forecast card after the next Epidemic, unless anyone say otherwise before that.

I appreciate it, especially since it's the first game and all - it's been a loooong time since I played Pandemic. Honestly the Despatcher seems pretty bonkers in a game where you have to be efficient with movement.

In the base game Dispatcher/Medic/Scientist/Quarantine Specialist is basically team win. Only way you can really lose is with bad pulls.

Yeah we can? You could Cure, Move, Move, Treat. If a disease is cured, treating it removes all cubes, so you're still good.

e: On top of that berenzen just saved us an outbreak, which is probably for the best. To be honest I'm almost tempted to suggest that once you've researched the cure, you could start working on black or yellow - someone else (i.e. me) can go clean up the rest of the red on their turn but getting you cards is pretty much first priority.

I can't usefully walk to any Black areas that need cleaning up right now, and this is the move that gets me closest to being able to help around there. Blue's kind of a concern but I'm dirt-slow at clearing it up. (This seems very mean without a Medic around.)

:munch: this is a silly question; which disease is coda this campaign? Blue?

Also, super important reminder: eradicating diseases is VITAL in this game. Because the firs time you eradicate a disease you get to NAME that disease. Because naming them means you can do things like Big Fever in Little China for red, or Pox Romana for blue, as my group did. :3:

This is in the non-spoiler base rules, and I'm...partly joking. But naming the diseases was a huge plus to our enjoyment.
We had Trump Republican Candidate Pox, Cowbell Fever, Blue's Flus, and the Black Death.

It just so happened that our Black Death cubes ended up being CoDa, which made it a lot scarier :v:

E: Fine, be that way, but that party is still going to have to deal with the repercussions :colbert:
